Land for Hospitality use in Teulada

Land with all municipal and regional regulations to build a social health center for the elderly, on an plot of ​​62,540 m2 in an exceptional enclave of the municipality of Teulada-Moraira, in the heart of the Alicante region of Marina Alta The initiative to build a socio-health center for the older population in the area is given by the lack of places in general and more specifically the lack of places for resident foreign users with a higher economic profile than the average Spanish citizen. It should be noted that the Marina Alta region has a population of about 200,000 inhabitants of which, according to municipalities, around 40% are European. We are therefore in one of the areas of the Spanish coast that more foreign residents welcome. There is a project drawn up by an office of architects for the construction of the complex, with the presentation of an application for obtaining the municipal license, leaving the payment of the same as a procedure for obtaining it. The project has a constructed area of ​​22,201.75 m2 and accommodation capacity of 260 beds in 154 rooms. It is also worth mentioning that, although the indicated sale price corresponds only to the land, the project includes “turnkey” construction, with the price rising to € 40,000,000.- + VAT, including the purchase of the land, construction, equipment, urbanization and payment of corresponding fees.
