The Site is located 0.5 miles from Ilford train station, which is serviced by the Elizabeth Line, and benefits from excellent transport connections by rail and road, located close to the M11, A406 and A12 main roads. The Greater London Authority (GLA) have acknowledged Ilford as a Metropolitan Town Centre in the London Plan meaning there is good accessibility and significant employment, service and leisure functions.
