Brockington Hall was constructed in 1998 and is built around a steel portal frame, the elevations of which give the impression of a former barn. The walls and roof are fully insulated with internal walls being of concrete block and external cladding of brickwork and weatherboard. There are Velux roof lights to the roof and access is available by means of a pedestrian access door to the front of the premises and a small side loading door to the rear of the unit.
