Quartz Point is ideally located at the heart of the M42 Corridor, the prime Midlands out of town office location. The park benefits from excellent transport infrastructure via road, rail and air. Birmingham Airport, together with Birmingham International Station, is accessible by road to the southwest of Quartz Point. The accessibility is set to further improve with the first phase of HS2 proposed to be completed in 2026. The interchange and first stop on the line will be located just 1 mile south of the site.
