Plaistow Hub will provide 182 one, two and three bedroom homes and a new community hub around Plaistow Underground Station. The London Road site is located next to the station and consists of a 23-storey building containing 100 new homes and a three storey commercial building. Plaistow Hub will create a new local centre by Plaistow Underground Station alongside two separate residential buildings the project includes a new library, neighbourhood centre, supermarket, gym and café. The project will also create a new piazza and improve the streetscape by linking the locally listed Plaistow Underground Station to the new development and surrounding area.
