100 Victoria Embankment is a highly prominent Grade II listed landmark overlooking the River Thames, at the junction of Victoria Embankment and New Bridge Street. Redeveloped in 2007 to designs by KPF, the space has been reconfigured and modernised with a dramatic atrium connected by a sequence of suspended bridges. A landmark for sustainability, the design was awarded a BREEAM Excellent score for its energy efficiency and conservation and reuse of materials. The design also won numerous architectural awards including the BCO 2008 award for best recycled building in London and awards from MIPIM 2008, RIBA 2009, IPA 2009 and ULI 2008.
