Prominently located on the corner of Bondway and Parry Street, which is part of the busy one way system surrounding Vauxhall BR and Underground station and is opposite the bus terminus. The immediate vicinity has undergone considerable improvement and regeneration with many recent ambitious schemes constructed or having been approved. A new underground station is planned for Nine Elms as part of the Northern Line extension. The US Embassy has also relocated to the area.
