Rye is a small historic town in East Sussex located two miles from the coast and 19 miles south of Ashford. Road links within the area are limited due to the rural location of the town. The retail pitch is largely along the High Street where mostly local independent retailers are present although there are a number of national multiples including Lloyds Pharmacy, Boots, Edinburgh Woollen Mill and Holland and Barrett.
