The Condor Park site is currently undeveloped and Fusion Assets have secured detailed planning consent for a 38,000 sqft industrial and distribution scheme. A package of advanced infrastructure work consisting of site remediation and servicing is currently underway and on completion, a joint venture partner will be selected to undertake the development. The proposed scheme is made up of four individual blocks capable of accommodating a range of units from 2,000 sqft to 9,300sqft with some units offering dedicated yard space.
