It has offices at ground floor connected with some space at underground floor for archive and deposit. First floor is full offices (could be easily connected with ground floor through and internal stair). There are further three floors which are actually luxury apartments but could become offices (even if there are many bathrooms and the kitchen). Can be rented separately! Rent for the offices is: - 263k + common charges (35-40 euro per m2 per year since heating and cooling is autonomous which include doorman from 8-19, 5 days a week, cleaning, light, lift and similars) for the ground floor; - 300k + common charges for the first floor. There is garage where we reserved 3 parking lots for the offices (ground and first floors). Broker fees are 20% + vat on the rent of one year excluding common charges.
