The total area of the hall is 3,204 m2, there is a reinforced concrete area of 1,500 m2 and another gravel area of 1,500 m2 for storing goods and for parking. The hall, with production facilities, office spaces, amenity rooms, changing rooms, and storage areas, has been renovated.  The reconstruction took place in 2022-2023, a new armoured floor was created, and offices, amenity rooms and changing rooms were restored. All electrical lines and fire lines were replaced in the hall, new industrial gates were installed. Equipment and layout of the hall: - the hall has 3 separate parts that can be partially connected (3x1,068 m2), - the clear height under the structural beams is 6 m, - 3 separate bridge cranes with a load capacity of 3,200 kg, - 4 industrial gates - 5.5 m high x 5 m wide, - high-strength concrete floors, - 4 air-conditioned offices, - electrical connection, there is a transformer in the hall, with a power of 1 MW, which can be expanded to 25 MW, - medium-pressure gas connection of the hall for natural gas with the possibility of expansion to several thousand m3/hour, - large-volume technological water connection, - natural lighting of production and warehouse areas using ceiling windows, - compressor station, - heating with infra-red gas heaters - under construction, - separate access road, - internet, camera system, alarm system, LOXON control system, - the building is located in a complex with sufficient parking areas for trucks and passenger cars, - the hall can be divided into 2 or 3 smaller units, as it was prepared during the restoration so that all energy sources can have separate measurements.
