The destination is 70% Residential and 30% Non-Residential which can include: Offices, Hotels, Student Homes, School, Data-centers, Sport Complex etc. Option to also restor one existing building suited for a Data center or Last Mile Logistic or a big Sport Center. The advantage of the location is unlimited electrical power availability, cooling water on site and the proximity of main optical data lines, ideal motorway, airport and rail connections.
