The shopping centre, built in 2007 was repositioned following its acquisition in 2019. It provides 27,500 sq m (295,000 sq ft) of retail space, which consists of a 21,500 sq m mall with more than 80 stores and a 6,000 sq m Tesco hypermarket. Other tenants include CCC, New Yorker and H&M. Parking facilities include 710 underground and 140 surface-level spaces, totaling 850 parking spots. The center also provides various services, including a pharmacy, hair salon, and travel agency. For dining options, the centre offers a selection of cafés and restaurants, enhancing the shopping experience for visitors. The shopping center is easily accessible by car and public transportation, with a bus stop located directly in front of the center.
